Media monitoring agency Durrants, established in 1880, appointed AND seven years ago for their first structured brand identity review as part of an ambitious plan to revolutionise the press cuttings industry through technological change. Durrants have been successful in their venture and are now the market leaders, driven in part by their strong brand and marketing, alongside their service delivery.
