Client: Quintain Estates, Lend Lease
Greenwich Peninsula is a new community for London. The community will consist of 10,000 new homes, 3,500,000 sq ft of office space, 363,000 sq ft of retail, a 645,000 sq ft hotel and 2 schools over 190 acre site. This new area of London will create an estimated 24,000 new jobs.
